Technical support is one of the biggest reasons contractors work with Hartsig Supply. Our team helps customers with product selection, equipment sizing, troubleshooting, system design questions, control panel guidance, start-up support, and general application support across multiple product categories.

Contractors do not always need someone to simply hand them a product. Sometimes they need help figuring out what product actually belongs in the system. Other times they need help understanding why something is not working, what replacement option makes sense, or how different components should work together.

Hartsig Supply provides practical support based on real-world applications. We help contractors think through plumbing systems, wastewater systems, well pumps, water treatment, hot water, hydronic heating, controls, and related equipment.
